Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.

We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3-7 days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it because of the fact that several stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Be aware that your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue either a return or exchange.

The item should not be used, and it must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
